📦 Where We Ship

We proudly offer shipping across all provinces in Canada.

✨ Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $90 within Canada!

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

​Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.

📬 Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted carriers including Canada Post and Fedex to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.​

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time but plan to do so in the coming future.​

🔄 Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.​

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

🧾 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be unused, and upopened
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional goods are non-returnable.
  • If your goods arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a 100% refund, including shipping, with no restocking fee. Photo proof of the damage is required to process a full refund for damaged or defective goods.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the good arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our team at hello@lovepeopleco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps and a return shipping label if applicable.
