Babu Thaliyath from Elapeedika, Kannur, Kerala

For over thirty years, Babu Thaliyath, alongside local farmers, has cultivated the spice on 50 acres of the jungles of Kannur, Kerala, with over 50,000 cinnamon trees. Shaved from mature trees' inner barks and sundried, our "first-quality" cinnamon is earthy, sweet, and spicy.
