Navinchandra Patel has cultivated coriander for over fifty years on his 8-acre farm in Gujarat, a legacy from his father. Alongside peanuts, wheat, and garbanzos, our oval-shaped, yellowish coriander, planted in October and harvested in February, carries generations of dedication.
