Vivek George Mathew from Kanjirapuzha, Palakkad, Kerala

Nurtured on the picturesque 100-acre lake view plantation, established by Vivek’s grandfather, our cacao has a legacy since the 1980s. The pods are harvested throughout the year, dried, and fermented under palm leaves before being lightly roasted for a rich flavor!
